Can´t find the flavor in my new tornado t

Hmm just picked up my new tornado tank. blew out the primer filled a tank of tw´s black cherry and started vaping one tank and stil no taste, prime the atty with Black cherry and a blow out still no flavor. push the wicking fiber in the tube down a little still no flavor.
What am i doing wrong. Use a 50/50 pg/vg mix

That seems to be a slight problem with the tank; plenty of vapor but loss of flavor, they were discussing it on vape-tv last night.

Have you tried switching tanks and switching batteries?

Glad you solved the problem...did you need to use any adapters for it to work with the hello battery?? I have the tank on order with adapters (if i need them) to use on my hello batteries.

No adapter and last all day. Still prefer to drip, but great setup for all those other times.

I am pretty sure the tank is all the way in. I have tried 2 tanks 2 atty's 3 batteries and 3 flavors incl the tobacco that came with the set. I get plenty of vapor on all juices but they lack the taste, the black cherry is my own mix 50/50 pg/vg with 15% flavor, no taste what so ever. The Tobacco that came with the set has a little flavor. Made a new juice 60/40 pg/vg with 15% flavor of totallywicked´s vanilla ICe, it has some taste but think it is to little

I get tons of flavor with mine (tornado tank), way way more then I got with my RN4081 cartos.

Been using pineapple from unrealcigarettes, but getting ready to try out TW's watermelon, or maybe dark plum

Dark Plum sounds awesome. Someone once told me that Plum flavors taste like Dr Pepper.

Who made the juice in the tank? If it's Chinese juice (like prefilled at the manufacturer) then it's certainly not the pinnacle of flavor and aroma.

And if this is your first PV, most of flavor is aroma. The tongue can only sense sweet, salty, sour, bitter and umami (MSG). So a cherry should taste a bit sweet and a bit sour (tart) on the tongue but it will not taste like a cherry unless the vapor smells like cherry and you let your nose have some of the vapor on the inhale (let some waft out of your mouth etc). And it needs to smell a good amount like a cherry because vaping is missing the other two food flavor clues - visual and texture.

I didn't seem to get quite as much flavor after the first day. What worked for me was having 2 different tanks/atomizers set up with totally different flavors, like a tobacco in one, and a real strong fruit flavor in the other. It turned out I was using it a lot more because it was just so much easier, and getting used to the flavor. Now when one starts tasting weak, I switch to the other and have good flavor again.

Don't know if that makes sense, or if it's all in my head, but works for me.

The trick I found for getting the most out of the flavor is to not take a hit in one long drag, but instead, break it up into several shorter puffs by slightly opening your moth in between draws. This method will go a long way towards enhancing the flavor because it lets a portion of the vapor waft up to your nose. The olfactory senses of coarse plays a huge role in experiencing what something tastes like.

Well the tobacco flavor is the prefilled, just treid it becouse i did not get any flavor from the cherry, this is not my first pv been vaping 11 months now and have an ego, a indulgense, a ggts with avs, and now i just got the ego T. The cherry flavor when dirrect dripping is great and really comes through, but in the tank nothing it is soooo weak might as well be flavorless :-(
i am more or less satesfied with the vanilla ice could taste of more but i can taste what it is I might have to go visit my parrents and try my juice on their ego T course i had a puff on their ego t friday with their menthol juice and is was strong.

Well went by my parrents and tried my juice on their ego t´s, it was about the same a little more flavor than i have been getting on mine, theirs is about a week old, so maybe i just have to use it some more

I tried the dark plum, not my cup of tea for sure!

It's super sweet tasting to me, I didn't care for it much, but it was a big hit with one of my non-vaping buddies, he ended up using it all night hah.

I just filled a tank with some watermelon and another with menthol, both from TW.
Watermelon is really tasty, I'm liking it a lot.

I was never a menthol smoker, but I'm quite enjoying the "kick in the face" that this menthol juice is providing!
