You know after sitting here thinking about it, I started thinking about amateur radio and wire antennas and I remember in theory Electronics when it comes to antennas that the thicker the wire the lower the Q of resistance in relation to frequency resonance. so I guess the same theory would apply when it comes to putting electricity across the wire the smaller the diameter the less resistance.

okay that makes sense. ☺[emoji4]

Okay, here's the 100 dollar question. What if my juice ain't depleted before the cotton goes bad? :confused:o_O
You should run through many tanks of juice before you need cotton, unless you just like to replace it. I know one guy who re-wicks his drippers every day. Just vape the tank dry and then change. It's unlikely to "go bad" per se, so long as you don't dry hit it enough to burn the wick, more like it will mute the flavor some. When it gets bad, then switch. All else failing, suck the juice out of it with a syringe and then replace.

Yeah rewicking every day or every time you empty the tank would be a bit extreme.

I kinda figured it would last a lot longer than those replaceable coils for that eleaf tank.

they're usually good for 2 of 3 tank falls and then they start wearing down. so, yeah I would I figured as such, a rebuildable once last a lot longer.

I'll probably go through a couple tank full and see what happens and then I'll decide whether I'm going to change it out or not.

I wick rayon. It stays pretty clean for a long time. Some people don't like it because they're a break in. You can taste it for the first ml or two of juice. After that, though, it vanishes even better than organic cotton, IMHO.

That's interesting, the guy that gave me this atomizer gave me enough cotton the last me 5 years or so.... maybe not that much but gave me a lot of it.

Considering how much cotton I use in the coils for this particular tank, it doesnt need alot. so I got plenty of cotton. And yes it is Japanese cotton organic it's washed and all that stuff so there's no danger of me getting poisoned or anything like that

Nothing wrong with cotton. Many people prefer it. I have used it myself; all kinds in fact. Pads, cotton balls, Japanese, Eqyptian, even some Texas organic grown cotton, a guy I know sent me some straight from the field. But what I use day to day is rayon :)

I hear ya, the only thing I got to learn to do with this tank is not to put too much into it. because if I put too much in from the top it sneaks out the air holes. [emoji15] [emoji44] [emoji43] [emoji33] [emoji32]

so I got to learn how much to put in there, so it doesn't do that. [emoji10]

this last time I filled it up which was a couple hours ago a little bit came out, but not a lot there's a certain amount if you go any higher that it comes out the air holes. [emoji35]

I am still getting that Kangertech subtank plus. [emoji7]

Plug the airholes with your thumb and index finger.
Unscrew the top cap with your other hand.
Fill and leave some space for air.
Screw on top cap and flip the atty for the last half turn. Let go of airholes and leave inverted 10 seconds. You should be good.
I might just give that a try. thank you! [emoji2]

Well, I tried it. For the most part, it worked. Just came out a little bit. But, it quickly stopped. So, I guess I'm about there. :)

I top fill a lot of attys so I have the technique down. You'll get there. Make sure you have big, bushy wick tails on your deck. I cut the ends to match the curve of the deck so they fit perfectly inside the chimney.

I re-wick these every time I refill ... not because the taste has gone bad ... I could top them up and run several tanks through each wick.

However, they simply just taste better re-wicked

Well, since my buddy across the street gave me this atomizer, I've rewicked it once. 4 tank fulls or so later, I'm still getting flavor out of it. Which is awesome in my book! :D:banana::thumb::thumbs: No burnt taste or no loss of favor. At least not to me anyhow.

If I had any gripe at all. First thing in the morning; man, that first hit? I gotta take it really easy, otherwise, I'm coughing my head off!:confused:o_O Why I turn mine down, as low as she'll go for my first few drags on it.
