Can anyone help identify this battery?

it's from this forum that i can't post in, cause it's closed. http://www.e-cigarette-forum.com/forum/rebuildable-atomizer-systems/395593-igo-s-wobble.html. it looks like the IGO-S top, with a beauty ring, and some battery.. Need help finding the battery. I can't seem the PM the person that posted that picture. ANY HELP IS appreciated! I'm going for the smallest form factor vaporizer possible.

The bottom of that battery looks rounded, which the ego's aren't.. May just be my eyes or picture quality though..

An EGO 350 mah is that small, easiest to look up that way.

But the 350s have a nipple inside the contact point, that is why there is an adapter between the battery and the tank. They also won't work with a regular ego charger.

Its either a 350 or 450 mah ego w. Some are flat, some are rounded.

That adapter is just a standard ego cone. Used in the main OPs pic to hide the ego threading to give it a cleaner look since the tank appears to be 510 threaded dripper. The 3/450s I have work on standard ego chargers just fine. Its just a smaller ego.

I think the 350 mAh eGo is correct. My local B&M sells them with flat bottoms, not rounded ones ... I suspect it depends on who made it ...
