It really depends on what kind of flavor he is looking for - when you say dessert - do you mean sweet like candy? There are a ton of 'fruit' flavors out there that have that candy taste to them. Do you mean something like an Andes mint? I can highly recommend Namberjuice's Mistress for that one! Lot's of really good bakery type juices out there - Vaper Venue has Monkey Cream, Monkey Glaze and Monkey Buns.

Based on trying many different vendors and being super picky for my sweets, for dessert vapes I recommend these guys: https://vaporetti.com/Vaporetti-V-drops--E-liquid
They do use VG/PG mix, but it's heavy on VG side (ratios are not disclosed). The flavors are exceptionally authentic and vibrant with true European twist. They use USA made ingredients and every bottle is safety sealed/labeled with the batch number. Quality of the liquid is superb, but I'm not crazy about plastic bottles they use (viscosity is high, so it's hard to get it out), so I just transfer it to glass bottles with a dropper.... Many flavors taste phenomenal right out of the bottle, although get much richer with about 2 weeks of steeping.
Absolutely no aftertaste, whatever flavoring they use is high grade. The vape itself is very smooth. Highest nic I tried from them was 18mg, and there was no harshness, so if you're looking for a TH, it may disappoint... It was right up my alley, so I loved them so much more for it... The dessert flavors are sweet, but not tacky/sticky sweet, none of the cotton candy feel. I'm generally turned off by "candy-like" sweet flavors, not with these guys. Authentic experience.
My favorite dessert flavors from them are como caramel and caffe dolci cappuccino.
I'm sure juice companies will offer a custom PG/VG ratio upon request. I ordered a 100% VG from United Vapors. Just leave them a comment in the order form that you want a higher VG ratio and they make and send it. I'm sure most companies will do this for you. United Vapors offers a really good dessert blend called 'Lady Liberty' and one called 'Duckpin'. I just ordered the Lady Liberty and am extremely satisfied with it. Good Luck! Get some Copper Creek's House Blend with no added PG, you can't go wrong, trust me.

MBV has a lot of great dessert flavors, are cheap and fast, and you can get extra flavor shots so the flavor is more in your face. And they can do 100% VG or 70-30 VG to distilled water (thins it out.)
I know that after my boyfriend tries this round of stuff and hopefully finds some good stuff to reorder for himself, I'll likely order from Ahlusions or Halo next.
