I was wondering if anyone can suggest a rebuildable/repairable atomizer or tank atomizer/tankomizer for no more than 80 bucks and where to get it. If this is completely out of the question than can you suggest a good atomizer that will last awhile. If you can suggest one, I would like to make sure it is readily available.

Thanks!

The vision ego/stardust can be rebuilt but, it's not an atomizer. It's more of a CE2 then anything:

All of the popular rebuildable atomizers like the Oddyseus, Iatty, and Zenesis are well beyond $80. More like $250 and higher. Atomizers in general can last a bit longer if you maintain them properly. Such as cleaning them after running 3-6ml through them for example. 1.5 ohm atties have a bit of a learning curve and they can be killed fairly quickly due to user error.

Although, it's hard to gauge how long an atomizer is going to last sometimes. Every brand of atomizers have a bit of QC issues. Most are good while there are a few duds floating around. If I were to suggest a few brands for you to try out then Cisco/Avidvapers and IKV are among the best in the market for quality. There's also no primer in them as well, which is a plus.

I have the Buli A2 and an Odysseus and both of them work very well. The Ody is very sensitive to building though and not for the faint hearted as it can take a lot of practice and fiddling to get it to work as intended.

As both of the above are out of your budget, I would recommend you try a couple of disposable atomisers. I've been using Highpings Atty Resurrection method on a couple of Bauway 306LR's (same as the Cisco's) and they are still vaping like new after almost 5 weeks. I clean them about once a week and it only takes about 5-10 mins to do the pair. If you don't like low resistance, then perhaps a 510 alternative would work well for you. I haven't tried any so can't recommend a good brand.
