Can Ce 5 clearomizer head be re-built?

I rebuilt the heads of the Vivi Nova but have just received a CE 5
and wonder if the same can be done here.

Not with the "CE5" sold by E-ciggies.
The base of the head cannot be removed and
viewing videos on this subject, the heads look
very much like the Vivi Novas, different from
my CE5.
