Can ejuice go bad?

Hi everyone,

First off, I swore I'd never enjoy fruit flavors when I first started vaping, now I can't get enough!

I purchased some amazing peach juice recently at a local shop where they make their own as well as stocking other makers

It was so good for about a week and a half, and then it tribe pretty bad really quick.

Are any of these made with real juice? That may be a stupid question.

How would the taste turn bad like that?

FYI, it was kept in a dark cool cabinet.

Thanks!

Most juice doesn't go bad...it either gets better or remains the same. I have had juices that were kept in terrible conditions (high temperature) that did eventually "go bad." Is it possible? Definitely. Is it probable? Not really...most people go through their bottle before it has a chance to actually go bad.

What kind of tank are you using? Some fruit flavors can interact with plastic tanks and cause leaching or cracks. That will definitely taint your e-liquid. If not, maybe it's time to change your atomizer or cartomizer. Otherwise, it could simply be vaper's tongue which means you need to switch flavors for a while.

I think it all depends on the juice, and also the brand. I have heard of juice "reverse steeping" although it is very uncommon.
There is one brand of juice that I can not stand after a week it always tastes stale to me. It's a big brand that most don't seem to share my opinion on that. Keep in mind though that taste is subjective. So it can just be me. And that's ok.
If you bought it at a B&M, take the tank up there and have them taste it. Ask them if it tastes funky. I'm sure they'll understand if it does.
