I bought an e cig yesterday and i didnt have any special charging devices, except the usb charger that comes with the cigarette and i looked up on the internet if i can or cannot use an apple device charger. A lot of results show that a lot of people had their cigarette explode after using the ipad charger. I dont see any diference (but probably its in the power of the different chargers) between an iphone and in ipad charger, so i want to know is it safe or not.

What is the output current and voltage of your iPhone charger? That is what makes the difference. If you try to use a charger with a high output current or voltage, then you will overtax the battery and possibly put it into thermal runaway. I would recommend using the charger that came with the cigarette, but there are other options.

Edit to add:
I am assuming that your UniVape is an eGo style battery. If so, then your charger needs to be no more than: DC 4.2V 420mah for the output.

on the part that plugs into the wall there will be some numbers, you want to see 4.2VDC on the output side, anything higher is not good for the battery being charged ( Ecig battery). Most Pad chargers output better than 5VDC... normally it says 5VDC but if you put a meter on it it is going to show between 5.2 and 6.3VDC
there are the cords that come with the ecig that has the part that the ecig screws into, that part regulates the voltage from 5VDC to 4.2VDC.... if the regulator in the cord goes wacky, then it will supply 5+VDC to the ecig and then things can get messy....
