Can I charge my vape with oil inside?

I haven't recently tried this yet but I'm wanting to know if it's ok

I'm not familiar with that set up, but I charge my devices all the time with tanks on them, or pods inserted....with e-liquid in them.

It is kind of normal to do so.

Shouldn't be any oil anywhere near a vape unless you're a mechanic

Yes you can charge your mod (externally or via USB) with the tank or whatever is attached to that Uwell device (perhaps it is a pod mod, IDK) and it will not harm anything at all.

I am also going to assume you mean eliquid and not oil. Traditional vape setups are designed to be used with one thing, and one thing only, eliquid designed for nicotine type vaping.

If you are using actual oil, stop immediately.

If you are using another "type" of oil, well, that cannot be discussed here at ECF but if so, I'm going to recommend the use of a product designed for that type of "stuff."

There are infinity forums for that, and it sounds like either way, you need a bit of guidance (welcome by the way) so find a forum for that if you need it so you are using the correct type of equipment.
