Can I get a little help please?

Hello everyone!
I'm not a new member but am a long time lurker.
I was reading a thread earlier and wanted to reply, but the page said I have insufficient privileges.
I've read through the new member information thread and am still a bit confused about where I am allowed to post.
Please could someone point me in the right direction?
Also, is there an android app I can download for these forums?

I believe 5 posts and at 20 minutes past the hour computers will reset and you will be able to post anywhere.

just reply to four more posts in new members welcoming other new members. it is a requirement that mitigates bot spam.

I think I read that the site updates at 25 minutes past the hour, so,that would be when your 5 posts would have been accounted for.

Hello! Thanks for the reply! I've been vaping full time since new years day, so about 8 months, but that time has flown by!
I started on cigalikes at the end of last November but quickly got off of those and onto half decent kit!
How long have you been vaping? What kit do you use?
And anyone else here, I'm definitely interested in reading about others.

Thanks very much! How do you find it around these parts? I've heard the rules are strictly enforced and been warned off of coming here, but from what I've seen it's a nice friendly bunch here!

ECF is available on Tapatalk, but I really prefer it on Firefox browser on my tablet.
