Can I put a clearomizer on a Mech Mod?

I want a Mech mod but I love my Aspire nautilus Mini. Also I'm not necessarily ready to start building coils yet. Can this be done?

Yes. If your chosen clearomizer is 510, no problems. If your mech doesn't have ego threading, you can easily get an ego/510 adapter

Well of course you can; it's not like going around naked is somehow harder than wearing clothes.
Using a mech mod has nothing to do with building coils but apparently alot of people absorb that misperception.
