I have five VTC4, one Panasonic NCR18650B and two iJoy INR26650... Can I charge them while not yet 100% (considered) drained? Also can I pull them out of charging and use them with maybe 80 to 90% charge without damaging them? Basically treating them like my mobile phones. Just out of convenience... Are they even the same type? Li-ion or Nickel? IDK Maybe I should tag
@Mooch
Li-ion IMR (lithium manganese) and INR (lithium nickle) battery chemistry cells do not have "memory", so they do not need to be fully discharged prior to re-charging like a Nickle Cadium battery would. They can also be used if not fully charged 100%.

Battery Basics for Mods: The Definative Battery Guide for Vaping
The VTC4 is a hybrid INR (nickle) chemistry. The Panasonic NCR18650B is hybrid chemistry heavily weighted to the ICR (lithium cobalt) side (it has an amp rating of only 6 amps, so its not a good choice for
vaping). The iJoy obviously is an INR chemistry.
The chemistry makeup of a battery is not as important as the battery specification...primarily the amp rating. When using a
regulated mod, the amp rating determines the wattage that your
mod can use. If using a
mechanical mod, the amp draw of the coil used (ohm) should not exceed the amp rating of the battery; determining the amp draw of the coil is found by using an ohm's law calculator.

(Total wattage doubles using 2 batteries; Triples using 3 batteries.)
