Can I upgrade this?

My advice would be to get an Aspire tank and if your going on the cheap then iStick 10 or 20 which would run you about $45 together and you'll get a satisfying reliable vape at a very low cost. Also 1.6 ohm replacement coils if purchasing.

You can vape on your present equipment with no problem but I think you could get better vapor and flavor from an upgrade.
But if your satisfied with your equipment I would just use it the way it is.....
I could never get a loose draw with the clearomizer your using----in the beginning I had 4 of these but soon went to the nautilus Mini
and a better battery that will last a lot longer between charges......some of the batteries now will last close to 3 days or thereabouts....
Your liquid is okay......your equipment is also okay unless you are looking for a lighter draw or more flavor that could be gotten
by more power to the coil and or a different atomizer like the mini nautilus........if you are satisfied with your equipment then
no problem...........you can try other equipment as time goes on in a vape shop and decide if it tastes any better than what
you are getting now..........
Judging by the fact it's sideways and the liquid is still in the base that's some max vg.

Following up what was stated the juice can really affect a clearomizer. Most don't have enough wicking to keep up with the max/high vg juice, if vaping fairly heavily. As others stated there are many "starter" setups out there that can improve your vaping experience and flavor dramatically. If you find one you like search it at the top of the page and chances are someone has talked about their experience with it. If not post another topic asking about it. Best of luck.

You won't be able to "tweak" or
"Modify" an ego with a clearomizer to get any noticeable improvement.
There are a ton of other gear options available to give you a better experience.
You just have to listen to what the posters are telling you.
It's a nice device and has many features. (for me, it's a bit LARGE and won't stand up (GRRRR).
The tank it comes with should be fine, however you may need to lower your nicotine strength.
Start low, 10-15 watts and work up slowly. (Your current device is putting out about 5 watts)
