You might want to make a larger or extra hole in your cartomizer. One of the supplier also sells slotted cartomizers (can't remember off hand who- someone will know). You could thin the liquid slightly with a bit of distilled water.
I agree with Caridwen. Boba's is notoriously thick and will require larger holes in the carto. Either punched yourself (not recommended IMHO) or use any of the laser slotted Boge or Ikenvape Platinum slotted cartos. You'll likely need to change out your cartos more frequently with Boba's than you would normally with other flavors.
I don't recall off hand who sells the Boges slotted. You can only find the Ikenvape cartos at Ikenvape. The following list of vendors should assist your search:
I got my last one here. Great price and free ship. I see they are out of stock now but if you're not in a hurry….Elite Vaporworks Kanger Airflow Control Valve
It seems most places are having trouble keeping them in stock.

Following Baditude's tutorial you can't go wrong! I even managed it within the first month of vaping. refilling was easier than I expected, I didn't spill a drop. Just make sure to get one of IBT's handy drip tool whatsits. No pain in the ....
Though now I'm realizing, I have no idea when to change this carto for a new one.
