Can I use DeOXit D5 to clean the center pin on my iTaste MVP v2

I searched the thread but could not find this info. i have 70% iso alcohol but according to the forum that is not strong enough. I have used boiling water before but I don't want to take the chance and possibly ruin my MVP.

The isopropyl alcohol would be better than water.

Call around to your different local pharmacies and drug stores to see if they carry a higher alcohol percentage than 70%.

I've seen 90% in Walmart. But if not, I'd just use the 70%.

use a qtip and 91% isopropyl
then get some of the white packing styrofoam rubber mat used in packages and use it to clean your threads on both atomizers and 510, it takes all the oxidation off threads and the center post.. Its all I use and it works like a charm..

If you're having the OLD MVP 2.0 DEEP WELL contact problem... which is very common...
With the MVPs... and the contact pins on MANY, MANY clearomizers including Innokins OWN clearos...
here's a some tips to stop that from happening... see below...

Simple ...FIX ITs... making contact pins of your CLEAROMIZERS... WORK... use these instructions..
And PREVENT any chances of destroying the contact post of your MVPs...

Thanks, OldSeer. I pulled the center pin out of one my clearos trying to pull it down some. No problem, I put it back in and it still works fine.
