I'd be extremely surprised if it had anything to do with vaping. I suppose it's theoretically possible that your granddaughter has a sensitivity to some ingredient (like PG) in the ejuice and you got some on your lips that hadn't worn off or been absorbed yet and transferred to her, but it doesn't seem at all likely. Personally, I wouldn't worry about it unless it develops into a pattern - and even then, I'd be more inclined to suspect a reaction to something like cosmetics or toiletries than vaping.
