Can kissing my baby after vaping be dangerous?

So I quit smoking the cigs a month ago. Started vaping again as it worked in the past. Today I kissed my granddaughter after vaping and she had a red mark on her forehead but could have been something else. I had just vaped nicotine but not in the home. Should I be worried?

I'd be extremely surprised if it had anything to do with vaping. I suppose it's theoretically possible that your granddaughter has a sensitivity to some ingredient (like PG) in the ejuice and you got some on your lips that hadn't worn off or been absorbed yet and transferred to her, but it doesn't seem at all likely. Personally, I wouldn't worry about it unless it develops into a pattern - and even then, I'd be more inclined to suspect a reaction to something like cosmetics or toiletries than vaping.
