Can lower ohms change e-juice flavors?

I recently got an rda and started with a dual coil at 1.6 ohm and a cotton wick with Halo's Belgian Cocoa. I got it down to 0.9 ohm and now the juice tastes different. Not necessarily burnt, but like it's more concentrated. Does that usually happen?

Ya that's pretty normal some flavors need more heat to pop.

Short answer: yes.

As simple as ecigs appear to be, there are infinite variables of juice, device, wick, power, etc.

Any change has the potential to change everything.

I like .3anything on my mechs and .5anything on my box flavor is great either way

I think more or less power will change the flavor profile of many juices. On some juices more power will bring out more flavor, maybe a more full flavor and seem stronger. I've put a few more watts to some juices and tasted flavors that where much more subtle. Nice thing about regulated PV's, you can dial in the power to find the sweet spot for your juice.
