Can my air hole be too big and causing flavors to seem muted on my AGA-t2? I drilled my air hole to 11/16 which equals to 1.5875 mm air hole. I have read people drill out to 1.2 mm. Is this the reason my flavors are not as flavorful?

I once had a dual coil rda, I drilled out the holes larger ( forget the size ) but once i did and started using it, All my juices had no flavor!!! I was able to pump out HUGE clouds.. but there was no flavor!
So i would say, yeah.. that could be the problem ( along with a few other things )

So what is the correct width I should drill the whole to if that is the problem?
There is no correct width, Its what you, yourself like.
I personally drilled a hole to big once ( luckily it was a cheap rda ) i then placed tape over the large hole and poked a hole in the tape with a smaller drill bit, I like the size and then started using that size.. So if the hole is already made, either put tape over it and pop a hole in it with something and test it with a smaller sized hole, or plug it with something ( piece of toothpick? ) and redrill a smaller one..

I just tried a piece of tape to test out what you were saying. The flavor was much better but no freaking vapor. It looks like even tho I punched a little hole in it the the piece of flap of tape the I punched kept wanting to go back and cover part of that hole. It looks like I'll need a new cap. Since I can't just buy the cap I'll need to buy a new AGA-t2
Search around and see what some people use to fill the hole.. I have say people use tooth picks to somehow fill the hole and various other things.. You can plug the hole and then drill a new one..
If you dont want to plug the hole, look for a cheap used one in the classified

Gino it is also possible the juice you may be using is not flavored strongly.
There is no way to tell without seeing what type of coil and wick your using and the mix of your jooz.

Flavor and vapor production are quite the balancing act. It has a lot to do with coil placement, coil style, juice blend, resistance of the coil, air flow volume, air flow direction on the coil, etc...
The ideal vape is going to be different for everybody.
My ideal vape is huge flavor with good vapor production. Typically a 1/16" micro coil positioned right in front of my air hole (as close to the hole as possible) with the air hitting dead center on the coil. I use about .8ohm on my mechs, and around 2.5-3ohms on my VV so I can crank it up. My air holes range from single 1/32" to 1/16".
Basically, you want to find the happy spot where your air cools the coil to the point where your vape has the correct flavor, temperature, and vapor production that you want. That is going to be huge flavor, huge clouds (wide open air and lung hits), or a happy medium.
I wish there was a simple answer, but what it all boils down to is a whole lot of coil building to find what you enjoy.

It all depends on your setup. I run 5/64ths holes on my genesis atomizers and hybrids and get great flavor. I usually run about .5-.7 ohms with them on a 1/8 inch stainless rope wick. On my drippers I have dual 1/8 inch holes and run about .15-.2 ohms and same thing, great flavor and huge clouds. Just experiment with different setups. Make sure you have the right batteries if your gonna go sub ohm though.
.15-.2? I'm amazed you haven't melted your face. May I ask what sort of battery setup you are using?
Sony 30 amp batteries. They can do a constant 30 amps. At 4.2v and .15 ohms the atomizer is drawing 28 amps. But realistically with that low of a resistance it is more like 3.5v under load so that would be 23 1/3 amps. I've never had a issue and the batteries stay cool as a cucumber. The atomizer on the other hand after a session is smoking hot! lol If you do your homework and know the math behind it, really low sub-ohm is fine. i love it
Do not try that with AW's, Efest, generic blue, or even the Orbtronic batteries. It's not safe and you will possibly go boom! MNKE's are fine for that application, I have those too, but I've been using the Sony's exclusively since I got them
I have an AGA-T2 and I drilled my holes to big do I filled it with JB Weld then made a smaller hole works great
