Can nicotene lessen the flavor of an e liquid?

Based on my DIY liquid when I made my caramel cappucino on 3mg(100mg nicotene) the flavor stays until the last drop, but when i made an 7mg for and steep it for almost a week i notice that the flavor was lessen.
Question: does the nicotene affect the liquid and lessen the flavor? Any suggestion guys. Thank you

If you use the same amount of flavoring then, yes, the amount of nicotine you use will dilute the flavor.

Sir what is the water perentage portion in the ejuice calculator? As far as far as i know sir there is no h20 invole in e liquids -.-
