I'm sorry to say it but it looks fried - and if you smell burning form the electrical unit then don't use it. I don't know how you'd fix it - sounds like it shorted.
I'd say get something else, and maybe some disposables while you wait for the new pv.

No money to get a new pv and that one is not that old

I did i got this one from warranty so thay said it was my fault its my luck

So, wait. This is the 2nd one you've gotten through your warranty or they don't offer a warranty?
If you modded the broken one then they won't cover that. I think in the video you had modded it a bit, if I remember right.
You can pick up some cheap egos these days. This one is a twist - not a joye tech but for less than $20 would see you through until you have more money:

It wasn't modded it broken I tried to fix it and then it broke again and right now I don't even have a single dollars to spend on anything it really sucks

Ok. Well if you have no money then you have no money for cigs.
I can only suggest some-one might lend you enough money to get a cheap ego twist or a disposable until you have some money. Other than that, sorry but I'm out of ideas.
ETA: well not quite out of ideas - there is a PIF forum on ECF. I don't have a link but if you do a forum search you should find it. Might be something there.

Its all i will just go without lol i just have bad luck lol is there a way to mod one without soldering just don't know how to do it and I don't have a soldering iron lol
