Can Someone Advise re: PayPal Situation?

I never used PayPal before I became interested in ecigs.
I had to return an item and now have a substantial balance.
Can I get the amount of my balance debited to my card or sent back to my bank?
Or do I have to use it to purchase other items?

That's a good question, I was wondering about that myself.

I have one paypal account that takes out money from my checking account.
And an other one that's a credit line.

At first I could not figure out the difference between the two, I mean why sometimes one account was used, and sometimes an other one.
Then I found out it's how you sign in.
With which email address that is.
Now I only use the one linked to my bank account.
I just don't like using credit cards.

my bank account and credit cards are all linked to one account. I can choose funding options when i go to pay for something.
