Did you try the 5 clicks on 5 clicks off thing?

You may want to try different speeds for the 5 clicks. Some products like 5 very rapid clicks Some a bit slower.

Also make sure it's charged and/or has charged batteries in it (I'm not familiar with the exact mod) got to get the simple stuff out of the way first.

You may want to find some YouTube reviews of your product. I don't pay so much attention to the "OMG, this is the best mod ever!" comments, but more the demonstration part. It may be something simple, it may be user error, or it may be mod failure. It's a bit hard to tell with the limited information you've given. You might want to try posting what you HAVE tried to get it working so far, so that we can provide better information. Also, as much information as possible: tank you are using (unless its an all in one) juices, and coil resistance, etc. Hopefully this is something you can get worked out, but there is always the warranty option if its mod failure (I'm not saying it is, at this point).

Local Vape Shop -----Might be simple.
Vendor who sold it ---see if they will repair or replace or advise (any authorized distributor).
Manufacturer contact ---see if they will repair or replace or advise.
