Can someone identify this clearo?

Hi, longtime lurker here.

My mom recently visited brick and mortar and came back with something I have not seen before and I would like to know what it is. It works great, even with Boba's (so far anyway, will have to see how long it lasts) It had no branding and could be knock off, but if its a knock off then there is probably a better name brand version available. I posted the picture below. It is an ego threaded clearo that looks like it has a carto with 4 holes punched in it. The carto is attached to the base and is a single replaceable unit (base/carto are one) kind of like a T3. The mouthpiece unscrews and you fill it from the top.

No, it has no wicks. It has what looks like a punched cartomizer inside.

Hrm.. I guess it could be a 5+ or an 8....

If you are trying to get parts you better know for sure.
The ce5+ looks correct. However true ce5 have Top wicks. True ce5 come in 1/2 dozen different manufacturer specs. (Different parts)
ce8 also looks close - however ce8 claims mesh wick

If you have the clearomizer, I recommend taking it apart and posting a group pic of all parts for a better comparison.
