I think I am allergic to PG in my e liquid I have gotten to where every e juice I use either I am getting sick or it is hard to breath and feels like some one is stting on my stomach blowing it up with air. So if it is the PG what can I get or can I tone it down and not loose the flavor. All my liquid is 50/50 blends 15 ml bottles and I don't have the money to just go out and buy all new juice or a lot of flavoring to add to all this. All my juice is ordered so it is a month to month to month basis. I am sorry if this really dossnt make sense but if you can tel me what to do I would greatly appreciate it I don't want to go back to the stinkies.

You can't make PG disappear.

Many people who are sensitive to PG are OK with 20% PG mixes. Some aren't.

If you added an equal quantity of vegetable glycerin to your eliquid, then you would end up with 25% PG. But the nicotine and flavourings would also halve.

If you can buy the same liquid at 100% VG, then you could mix it with the eliquid you've got in whatever proportion you wanted to lower the PG ratio. But it means buying eliquid.

My advice would be to take the hit to your wallet and go and buy a bottle of 100% VG in your favourite flavour. Try vaping that. If the symptoms disappear then you've identified the problem.

If you can then mix back in your old liquids to use them up, without suffering any problems, then so much the better.

Step 1 - Go to the Dr. Your symptoms sound fairly serious and do not sound like a PG allergy
. (Allergies to anything, including PG tend to be reactions like hives, skin irritation/rash, sore/irritated throat, etc - I wouldnt think any allergy is responsible for actual illness or air(gas?) in stomach- Please see a Dr)

Step 2 - if you are insistent about reducing the PG in your liquids get USP VG from CVS, Walgreens, Walmart ETC and try diluting to 75VG/25PG (use ejuicemeup as a calculator)

Please see a Dr. Seriously. There are many symptoms of *Quitting Tobacco* that many apply to vaping instead. Quitting tobacco can unmask existing health conditions (like IBD and ulcerative colitis), it can kick beginnings of thyroid issues into overdrive, it is also a period of your body adjusting and withdrawing from thousands of chemicals and that alone can lead to a myriad of temporary concerns like cold/flu symptoms, acne, bleeding gums, depression, anxiety, gastric upset, sleeplessness and on and on.

I can vouch for that one. Shortly after my first attempt to stop smoking cigarettes (about 2 weeks nic free) I was diagnosed with Grave's Disease. My GP told me at the time that if I hadn't stopped the nic I would probably gone another couple of years without diagnosis.

So stopping smoking does indeed make undiagnosed conditions show themselves, maybe because of the massive changes quitting makes to your body.
