Can Vivi Nova fit hoosier KGO?

The vivi will be wider, but it will connect and work no problem. A mini nova would be about the same width. For either you can get cones that will make them look flush.

I use Vivi Nova all the time on my KGo's it works great link shows both thread covers the larger one for the 3.5 ml tank.
