You got it! Call me old school but I'd take the old woodland BDUs and DCUs complete with buttons, sown on patches, and spit shined boots any day over the new set up! Yeah they might of took a little bit of time to get it right, but hey you gotta put a little pride into it to look squared away!

You got it! Call me old school but I'd take the old woodland BDUs and DCUs complete with buttons, sown on patches, and spit shined boots any day over the new set up! Yeah they might of took a little bit of time to get it right, but hey you gotta put a little pride into it to look squared away!

Guys those colors you are after are out there I do gun airbrushing and recoloring using Duracoat, they have tons of colors. I have recoated my share of guns in Desert tan and dark earth (my personal fav). Hubby is talking about having me recoating one of the Grands he abducted from me and painting to match his AR ....

Duracoat holds up on firearms VERY well and you do not need to be an artist to do simple colors or camo!!

I love my OD green reo! Desert tan would be good, but I don't think I personally would jump on it.

but thats how you knew people where all jacked up... of course... the senior ncos always had the most jacked up berets... lol...

but one thing i do miss about the beret is the officers rank on the beret... nice n shiny easier to recognize an officer from farther away...
