Can you buy Ruyan cigar fluid anywhere? What else comes close to the flavor?

How do Cash's cigar carts taste compared to the Ruyan? I have adopted the Ruyan titanium bling and its carts as my favorite, but I go through 2 carts a day, and it takes awhile to get them when I run low.

I keep hearing great thinks about Cash's French Pipe liquid though. I've also heard that the RY4 is supposed to have kind of a pipe tobacco taste. I think RY2, RY3, and RY4 are all supposed to be similar to the Ruyan cigar flavor since that is where RY1 would be if there was one named that:
