I ordered some prefilled cartos because thats the only way they come. I have my own juice and I was wondering if the prefilled stuff really sucks can I clean it out somehow? I know its easy on regular carts but as far as I know, the filler in cartomizers cannot be removed.

You cannot pull the filter out of a cartomizer to clean it, if you try, you will ruin it.
If the site you got your cartomizers from does not sell blank carts there are others that do, do a search on google. I have gotten black cartos by searching for them by model.
If you do not like the taste of the liquid in the cart you have purchased you could pull off the top and soak the cart in hot water for a while to get the juice out. Blow it dry and let it sit for a while and then refill it. I have never done this but I know that it will not harm the cartomizer as long as it is totally dry before you try to refill and use it.
Yes, you can run hot tap water through them; rinse and blow, rinse and blow, etc. or boil them for 10-15mins. As stated above, let them dry before refilling.
i clean all mine at work then blow them dry with an air hose. dont have to wait to refill them then they are dry. also when at home i blew them dry in about 2 minutes with an electric air pump for an air mattress. works great
