Can you cut nicotine level down from free juice?

My friend gave me a bunch of e-liquid that is 24 mg nicotine which I feel is to much for me. Flavors are good and I don't really want to throw it out. Is there a way to cut the nic level without killing the flavor?

Without having the flavor to add in you're going to loose some for sure. See if you can match the flavor to a concentrate and DIY it down to a manageable level.
