Can you elaborate on DHL Shipping?

Hi,

I just had a question concerning the remark on your batteries on your site:

Warning: All batteries or products including batteries, such as PCC and kits are not allowed to be shipped via DHL from now temporarily. We are sorry for the inconvenience. We are working on it. Once DHL shipping is ok, we will remove the warning here.

Is it possible to elaborate on this, and how long you expect this to be in place? Thank you for any response.

We are very sorry that we just got a notice a few days ago that DHL could not ship batteries or kits including batteries because they think batteries are dangerous to ship by air. We have been working on it. We have no idea when it can be fixed now but we will try our best to fix it asap.

Once it is fixed, we will let you know here.

I also noticed that all liquids were going to be stopped from shipping? I noticed that other companies shipping from China did not have this notice....are they also subject to this temporary ban?

We can ship liquid via DHL and EMS now.
Only china airmail can not ship liquid.
we have no idea whether it is temporary ban. but it seems not.

...? So if I want a Pipe kit and also liquid, I have to place 2 separate orders as DHL will not ship batteries (in kit) and China Air will not ship liquids. 8/ CRAZY!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Fair dinkum HC used to be no hassle. Between low stock and shipping, time for me to look elsewhere. I'm sad. 8(

I saw on the healthcabin website that they have removed the notification regarding DHL shipping. Does that mean it is possible to ship normally using DHL now?

Everytime I went to HC to buy something always with problems. Last time there was no shipping option to my country. Now that the problem is solved another Warning All liquid including ejuice, concentrated flavor are NOT allowed to be shipped via China Registered Airmail.
So disapointed, Time to find another store

I respect that Health Cabin says when there are warnings, etc. Just because other vendors don't say it, doesn't mean that it's not applying to them also.
