I'm not intimately familiar with what's available in the EU/Malta market - hoping that one of our European brethren can jump in here with advice on that front.
If you're able to purchase from the UK, the Kanger Subox kit may be one of the best options for you to look at. Good device, good selection of coil resistances to choose from, and the battery is replaceable.

Generally Ego batteries have a regulated output of around 3.3 to 3.4 volts. It's usually recommended not to use an atty with a resistance lower than 1.8 ohms, though many, including myself have used 1.5 ohm without problem, wouldn't go lower though.

The CE4 clearomizer you have could have any number of resistance values, can't tell from the pic. It's possible for it to be stamped somewhere on it, otherwise you would need to measure the resistance with a multimeter.
