Can you have an Email notification when you receive a message?

i was wondering if you can set it up to get an email when someone here on ECF messages you? If so, how?

At the very top of the screen click on "Settings" then on left side of the screen click on "General Settings". Scroll about halfway down the screen and there is an option to receive an email when you get a PM.
