Can you help Spain to avoid ban of ecigs?

From the Spanish vapeando.com forum, we want to send a letter with signatures, because in some Spanish regions will be banned the sale of electronic cigarettes and liquids, and their use in public or enclosed places ...

Before the "alibaba ego" stores opened, Cigar Clean brand E cigarettes have been sold in Spain (Pharmacies and el corte ingles for example) but without nicotine and only to those 18 and over.

I always understood that nicotine was the substance of control and not the equipment nor the 0 nic liquids.

I see this being solidified and enforced.

Refill cartos and bottles of liquid that contain nicotine will be sold by the tobacco shops. (TAXED)
Equipment and supplies not containing nicotine should continue to be available from non tobacco retailers. ( if they can survive without the margins that e-liquid carry).

E cigarettes WILL be included in the general smoking ban.
