If the items added together are of the same value, 20+20=40, 15+15=30, & 10+10=20
Then 40 + 15 X 10 = 550
By this math, then A. 550 is correct answer
Unless my tired brain is missing something.



Then again if you put brackets on it, 40 + (15 X 10) = 190
By this math, then B. 190 is correct answer
