Cana Modz usb not charging

So I got a cana modz or whatever you call it. A black dna 30 mod as I'd call it. But anyway, I'm pretty sure I broke my usb part to charge the mod, ever since I got it it's all I use. I really like it but one of the perks was being able to charge it in my car or wherever I had a droid phone charger. Now the usb part isn't working, I can still take out the battery but that makes the mod a lot less sexy.

I was wondering if anyone has had this problem? Or if anyone knows if the piece can be replaced or fixed and how hard/easy is it to replace the piece and where to get the female part to the usb port to place inside the box.

For an Evolve board there is a separate board that has some of the charging circuitry on it designed to work with the Evolve DNA boards. It can be replaced. I have no idea what whoever built the electronics for your mod did.

yeah i'm actually going to get in touch with a friend of mine who works for at&t and also vapes, hoping he has experience with dealing with the ports a bit

The Cana mod has a separate USB charging board like the original.

Evolv sells the board. It can be replaced if you can dig the board out of all the hot glue mess it is buried in without destroying the rest of the bits.

The clone switches are very fragile however.

I just rebuilt a cloupor box with a real Evolv board and charger.

It was a hot glue mess inside.
