Hey all, I have been a canvape customer for about 2 years now... I have placed dozens of orders and never had any issues until today. Today I got my package in a plastic bag from Canada post that said "we're sorry but we found your package damaged in the mail stream" I though it might have got wet with all the rain we had lately... So I opened it and to my surprise, it wasn't wet, it was CUT OPEN!
I was nervous because this order was placed on behalf of my mother in law. She has smoked for 30+ years and wants to try camping to see if she can quit like I did. I got a pair of egos with all the fixings and 2 packs of cartos and 3 bottles of juice and 1 smaller bottle of flavoring for me (I like to DIY).
The "damage" on my package seemed to have let the bottles of juice and flavor magically fall out and leave all of the rest in there snug as a bug... Even the 2 tiny drip tips somehow didn't fall out of the massive hole they cut into my package...
These people cut open my parcel and selectively stole from me what they thought may have been a dangerous liquids and then Try to play it off like they found it fell off the conveyor belt and some of the parts fell out?
...! Has anyone else had anything like this happen? I allied and complained and they said that canvape would have to file a claim for me, that the shipper is the only party who could file in this situation. I'm sure Tom and the gang will do what they can for me but this is theft!
I hope I haven't been blacklisted or something by Canada post for the number of orders I have placed with them but common!
