Canadian Customers

Hey there guys,


Quick question, I placed my second order with V4L and my stuff has been in limbo with Canada Post for a couple of days. I know with my first order and my ebay stuff It takes 5 business days to receive my shipments with usps priority shipping, but this time around its been 8 busniess days and when I track it says "Item was released by Customs and is now with Canada Post for processing" and its been like that since the 9th. Usally it takes a few hours to process.
Anyone else ever have this problem? should I start calling Canada Post?

Yeah... That's weird.
I'd probably wait another day or so, and then call Canada Post.

*update*

I did end up calling canada post, they said that it should of been processed on Thursday, she said wait until 5pm today and If it dosent come to contact our friends at V4L to begin a "trace"....so my fingers are crossed in hopes that it shows up in the next few hours.

nothing came ....well time to deal with canada post

I wouldn't worry about it. My last shipment (not vapor4life) sat in Vancouver for 4 days after it was released by customs. It finally had movement today. I think they are just overwhelmed because of the time of year.

Yup, not a good time for shipping. V4L uses USPS priority, which is NOT a priority to Canada post at this, the most wonderful time of the year. I had an order this time last year, Priority from the US (pennsylvania) take 7 or 8 business days. It should be coming real soon. For all the crap we give Canada post they aren't really bad. Just busy.
