Do you have a specific brand in mind?
Canadian tobacco is usually described as "Virginian" (as in they are from Virginia). Not very Canadian but I remember my brand of cigarettes had "Virginian Tobacco" on the package.
There are DIY flavors that are called "Canadian" and "Virginian Canadian". I don't know about e-liquids available in the US though.

My advice is to avoid licking Canadians without their explicit consent. They’re sometimes slightly less likely to punch you than, say, an American, but it’s not a good idea.

Beer made from maple syrup perhaps. Myself I’m imagining sweat soaked wool flannel. Perhaps with some beer in it. I’m the one that made the licking post though so perhaps it’s coloring my thinking.

Have you ever been to Canada? Tasted our beer? Contrary to your belief, it does not taste like maple syrup nor sweat soaked flannel. Ok some do taste like ****, but very few. In Ontario it is law to have 1 microbrewery for every 10 families. Failing this is punishable by profuse apologies. Not sure how the punishment is executed for we’ve never fallen under 1 brewery per 10 families.
The question was “taste Canadian” not taste Canadian beer. The comment was that the “taste of Canada” was beer flavored. I offered an alternative. I have to my knowledge never actually licked a Canadian either. On purpose. I did annoy one once. I inadvertently made fun of arena football by saying “it’s like miniature football”. I was very young.
I spent most of the time I’ve spent in Canada fishing as a teen and preteen, so I guess the actual taste for me would be fresh battered shorelunch walleye.
Any Canadian in the area probably would have tasted fishy.
I have had Canadian beer. It was long ago though. Lagers. Generally a bit more flavorful that the American alternates at the time, which were awful.
