I remember watching this ad a couple of years back, yeah it was quite shocking, I've never been ok with the industry coming up with "new ideas" that "happen" to have an effect to lure in younger population. Couple of months I think after this video the state of California released this one, mind you it is a little bit more shocking but I think it conveys the message more directly:

That video is just plain dumb. As if a 10 year old can walk into a vape shop and make a purchase. Or can make an online purchase without some ID verification and a credit card.

The stupidity is staggering.
