I love the idea. ECTA would be happy to have a slot. It might take a couple weeks as we're still working on some basic legal stuff - but wow - what a great idea (didn't I just say that???)

I would be honored to give the ECTA a slot! No worries about the time constraints at all, it's going to take around the same amount of time to get the network all set up and functional anyway with a website and the works. I can hardly wait now
Update: I know I have been absent for quite some time now, however life has been keeping me very busy as of late and I still want to bring this station to fruition.
If everyone whom was promised a show still wants to take part in an informative, drama-free (at least as much as it reasonably can be) network that is not about being a "vaping Celebrity" and more of a serious news-based network you are MORE than welcome!
The original intent was to buy hosting, a domain and a mixer to produce shows but I figure my aim was a little un-realistically high in that regard, so I have decided a Stickam would be a free, familiar setting for this station to take off.
Thanks to all who supported this idea! We will finally have a Canuckian network soon (I am aiming in the next 2 weeks to give hosts a chance to accept or decline my offer)!

Thank you Slo! I'm really praying that we can pull together, even in these most emotionally taxing, dramatic times. At the end of the day it doesn't matter whom is more "popular" or has the best ratings on the network, it is about the cause we collectively support becoming recognized and our numbers organized so we can finally do what is right rather than pry each other apart with our frustrations.
Oh Snap! And I had just convinced Ed the Sock he'd have a new network to be on if he switched to vaping e-cigs & e-cigars instead of that cheap tobacco cigar.

Sadly no, it appears I am the only person who would be doing a show on VapersCan. I have been trying to pin down hosts but it seems most people have their own party they want people to join in on and I can't compete with that.
So essentially I would be on my own speaking to an audience of 0 at this point in time. If anyone at all wants a show then they are free to it, I refuse to control content and there is a legitimate need for an all Canadian Vaping News Network.. We shouldn't have to filter our information from American Sources any more than they should have to filter through ours.

So, after much thought and deliberation, I have decided to move ahead and make this network a reality. I am setting up my makeshift studio now and will update when I will hold the first VapersCan broadcast.
So far there is one other host on the network and I will work on a few other hosts that I know would do an amazing job at this.
I intend on being informative, factual, and Drama Free on the program. This network won't be about a single person or any popularity contest, this is about progress and information. I will delve into detail on the situation we have here in Canada and explain the more obscure aspects of the laws and bans in place.

I have made the decision to host the first broadcast this Sunday @ 9 pm EST and have 2 hosts other than myself now who are willing and able to do shows. I can't wait to get this project up and running and hope to see folks there! I am organizing the episode as I type and also making sure I have everything all set up and ready to go for the big day. Thank you from the bottom of my heart to everyone who has encouraged, inspired and gave me the gentle nudge in the right direction for making this a reality.
I am 100% supportive of this idea. Unfortunately my work schedule prevents me from having a time i can commit to on a weekly basis to run a show. Hopefully there's someone else out there who can give advice, tips , and general knowledge from a mid-level vaper

P.S. I converted a smoker who has been trying to quit for 10 years yesterday and he hasn't smoked a cigarette since! Hopefully within a year I will start a Lindsay Vape Meet!
