Is the media lying when they say that you get Formaldehyde and acetylahyde from vaping?
Technically they are not telling the whole story, but with "normal" vaping, you should never experience that. Unlike a gas chromatograph, your body will stop inhaling the vape if it tastes nasty.
I thought only on when the Volts are super high it only happens?
It's not so much the volts as the heat produced, but yes, in a way, the voltage was way beyond where you'd vape at.
Is it propaganda again or is their any truth is this?
Again, it's what they left out that's the bad part of the "story". I would call it irresponsible reporting, but that's pretty much par for the course. Telling the truth doesn't pay as well as scaring people.
btw, has anyone EVER noticed any seriously negative effects after they started vaping besides that dry throat feeling?
No, I have not, unless you call feeling and smelling better negative.
Also, how can I tell when the media is lying for big tobacco or actually telling the truth?
As with politicians, if their lips are moving, odds are they are lying.
