Cancer survivors started by Trukinlady, needs members to get started! I am sure a few of you may have cancer surviors in your family or may be one yourself. Please join her group if your are and give the members some support.
With memebership the forum should be up and running soon.

Sounds like a good group! Unfortunately, I was a care-giver - and he didn't survive his cancer.

I nursed my mom through 3 cancer bouts and she ended up dying of old age. I will never know if the cancer was what really took her as she didn't have an autopsy (thank goodness).

Truking lady is starting the forum..she needs members to get it started and listed in the social group section. As soon as she has the members one of the mods will list it for her..and us. meanwhile you can just go to the link I gave and click on join. Hello MaryKay!

Thank you so much for posting about the cancer group here!! And thank you to all who have joined so far!!

The group is open to survivors, caregivers, family and loved ones. Anyone, man, woman or child, whose life has been touched by cancer in some way.

When I went through my ovarian cancer, I didn't have a support group. At first my emotions were too raw. Then I just bottled it up and didn't let myself heal from the emotional wounds as well as the physical.

I started this group so anyone can have a place to go to communicate with others affected by cancer. Sometimes it's a little easier than in person.

If you, or someone you love is having a bad day.
If you are having a great day.
If you have reached a milestone.
If you have lost someone you love.

This is why we're here.
