I tried to respond to your PM here on ecf, but it gave me a message saying that you have PMs disabled or that you are blocking PMs from me (hmmmmm). I had one last thing to ask you and am really at a loss as to how to get this information. I sent my response via your "new" communication system on your site; but, frankly, I'm not expecting a response from that very quickly.

I'll try to check back later, to see if anything has changed.

Sorry bitey.. I promise it's not you :)

We've had some issues keeping up with all the incoming sources of information and in an effort to manage it better we've gone to a ticket system where we will try to funnel all info through in an effort to not lose any important customers requests.
