I've tried all sorts of combinations and have found out PG is irritating and chemical tasting. I narrowed it down to 70%VG-30% H2O which I can get from MBV. Love that combo. 100%VG is too thick.

The MBV juice is good but what are my other choices for vendors that do VG and H2O? Or should I just add my own H2O to 100% VG juice?

Would cutting a PG/VG mixture with distilled H2O weaken the flavor too much? I love peach flavor and ordered some Baclwoods Brew Peach 30ml 18mg because I heard it was really good and wanted to try a vendor besides MBV that I always use.

I just tried it and the flavor is great but it hurts to inhale the first 10 drags, then gets a little better but still don't like PG. But thinking it would dilute the flavor too much if I cut it with H2O.

This isn't the first time I've heard about adding distilled water to the VG base. I'm also curious about how this affects the juice flavor and vapor cloud.

I just added 5 drops to a small batch I'm not happy with and it seems a little weak and lite on the cloud. Does anyone else have experience in a VG/H2O recipes. I haven't found any recipes that have H2O in them.

I get 70%VG/30% H2O from MBV right now. Bit the Peach I ordered from Backwoods Brew is some sort of PG/VG mix, guessing 50/50. I might try cutting a little bit of it with H2O to see what happens. Wish I could have ordered it wih no PG:(

Why don't all vendors let you decide on the ratio like MBV? That is the only place so far that lets me choose VG and H2O with no PG.

I think the reason a lot of ejuice vendors don't let you customize the PG/VG ratio is that they feel it would unbalance the product and alter the taste. These flavors are the "children" of many of their producers that took months of R&D to produce just right. I know some vendors state on their websites that they only recommend small changes in PG/VG ratios so as to not adversely affect the end product.

That being said, many ejuice manufacturers will work with you if you have a sensitivity to PG. Shoot off a few emails to different vendors, tell them you have a PG sensitivity and ask if they would be willing to whip up a batch for you in your VG/H2O mix. I think you'll find that many will be willing to work with you on the issue as PG sensitivity is a pretty well documented occurrence in the vaping community. You don't know until you ask.
