Thought I would share some thoughts about your questions, as I have muddled through similar projects. First off, great job digging up & making recipe software work - I believe that good software has massively simplified my own DIY work, as well as rendering my recipes' replicable and easy to mfg. in small, tester-sized amounts. Right after software in importance would be an assortment of syringes and/or graduated glass pipettes (esp. 1ml with well marked 100ths). Avoid drop-based measurement if at all possible, especially making small test amounts - inaccurate, and the amounts we are using for flavoring are pretty small.
Tobacco flavs often require more steeping than other types. I hate waiting. I also hate making ejuice that is blechy. After research and frustration, all I have come up with to cope with these issues is a good supply of 5ml LDPE drip bottles, and doing a spread of single-flavor mixes at different, likely %'s. I steep these for a week+ or so then start tasting. While not really perfect for predicting a mixtures taste, I will blend these steeped single flavs' to rough out my blend ideas.
Another indispensable tool for this is an RDA. I keep a testing-dedicated cheapie RDA with a very small wick built for the purpose. I taste a candidate, then drip some unflavored nic juice to clear up for the next victim. Or, I transition to the next flavor, checking out the taste. While not spot-on, I get a pretty good idea of the mixed flavs in this way.
I know that your OP was asking for specific recipe ideas for the Tobacco flavs you have. I have most of that list, but am not on my own computer, so no access to that data just now. Will edit this post 2nite w/what you asked for, when I have it in front of me. Good luck!

I spent more time than I wanted to, visiting Wizard Labs & trying to ID the flavs you mentioned. I had to make some assumptions in order to answer the OP. Many flavs share the same name, but have different manufacturers - they will taste different and are at different concentrations. You may have greater success in asking for input if you identify your flavors using the manufacturers full name, or using the abbreviations that are commonly employed here on the ECF site (ex. TFA = The Flavor Apprentice = Signature @ ECX). Many folks on the forum are happy to help out, but will opt out if they have to research the question as well as the answer.
