Can't Get Any Vapor

I bought 3 stardust about 6 months ago figuring I could just replace the heads on it when needed, however I can't get any decent vapor off them no matter what I do even when I replace the heads from 2 different packages? Is there something I'm missing cause I was under the assumption all that really needs replacing are the heads?

I figured it, out once in a while the tank leaks so I tried cleaning the base I soaked the base in alcohol and then used a safety pin to remove the dried liquid and it works like a charm again.

Good news! That airflow is just as important as the flow of juice on the wicks.
