THANK YOU !!!!!

I'm leaving early in the am for a road trip & had been trying to sort this AVS out since Sat. ... could not figure out what I was doing wrong. Five minutes after watching your vid I am now sitting here happily vaping with the smoothest running machine yet. Just w0w.

Thought I was one of the "advanced" GG users.... w/ both prior model AFS's... Love the last AFS .... but was frustruated as heck that I couldn't get my new toy to act right.

It was as simple as removing the o-ring before screwing atty down & then replacing that back over the atty to base. It would not even try to fire til now.

Thanks to you my trip & hotel nights will be much more enjoyable.

 :2cool:

No, THANK YOU I am always happy to hear that I have helped

now, go enjoy your nights :)

What's the solution to this problem? I tried setting my AVS up last night and I have the same problem. The atty is leaning, top won't go on.

Thanks!

I'm pretty sure the only solution is a replacement of the atomizer connection piece of the AVS. Either your unit came DOA, or there may have been some accidental cross threading. Either way, I don't think you can fix it without getting a replacement of that small bottom piece.

Thanks bubble. I'm going to try a different atty when I get home tonight just in case it's the atty threading. I want to be sure before I ask for replacement parts. Don't want to give Rob & Michelle any unnecessary headaches.

Imeo, if a different atty doesn't solve my problem, I'll send the defective connector to Rob (in case he has more of them) and you guys can work it out. If that's ok.

Just a wee update got the replacement 901 connector for the AVS from Rob and now the leaning tower is upright and vaping like a dream . I'm just using a standard SLB 901 at 7.4 and 6 volts and it is perfect , a great improvement on the AFS v2 .

Gooood Tommy. I was very sad about your issue but now that it solved I am really happy!

take care buddy
