Can't get my order to go through

I just filled a big shopping cart and when going through the checkout process I'm getting an error: "There is no shipping option for the address you entered. Please go back and check the address."

I don't understand. My address info is correct and the same as last order. Am I missing something? Why is there no shipping option for my address?

Hmmmmm....maybe it's because of the big notice at the top of their homepage: DURING THE BUSY HOLIDAY SEASON, THERE MAY BE DELAYS IN PROCESSING YOUR ORDER. WE ARE WORKING AS QUICKLY AS POSSIBLE TO SHIP ORDERS.

If so, I should not be getting an error message stating there is no shipping option for my address. :confused:
I promise, my shipping address is a real place - it's my home and I even have a mailbox!

Anyway, please madvapes, don't delete my shopping cart; it took me a long time to decide what to order. And it would be really nice to hear back from you too. :)

I'm sure they will probably get back to u tommorow. You can submit a help ticket to them too. I submitted an order today and had no prob. That heading at the top to me just means that orders are taking longer for them to put together than usual because of all the orders. I don't think it has to do with your shopping cart. Did you save your shopping cart? If you have an account you can save it for later.

Thanks loveridden. Is that your cat?! Yes, I did save my shopping cart and just now tried to put order through again, but got the same error message. I used their ticket system yesterday to report what happened. I haven't heard back anything from that, but I did get a second confirmation that my gift certificate was "shipped." lol Poor madvapes, they must be really busy.

Hmmm, have you tried cleaning your cookies and scanning for virus or malware? I just placed an order an hour or so ago, and all was fine. Even with me clicking all around, adding and subtracting to cart, etc..

Here are some links for the computer, if you can't download anything you may have a virus.

Cleaning: This is free:

CCleaner - Optimization and Cleaning - Free Download

Malware: Pick the free one:

Malwarebytes : Malwarebytes Anti-Malware PRO removes malware including viruses, spyware, worms and trojans, plus it protects your computer

Also, update your antivirus program and database, run a full scan.

Also might help to turn off computer, and unplug it and the modem for about 15 to 20 minutes.

Hope this helps. Otherwise you may want to call MadVapes and see if you can reach them, may be a glitch with software and your address, but that is long shot.

Thanks 5z and Para! I will try your suggestions. I thought I had my computer set to keep everything updated, but I'm not sure about the cookies. It's very strange, especially since I am using the exact address as before. I can't seem to think of anything that would be different from the last time I ordered from MadVapes. All other online activity seems to be working just fine. I placed an order for some e-liquid from a different company today and it went through just fine. I may just have to call them. Thanks for the hours for when I can call, 5vz - they are different than what is on their website. I'll keep working at it.

Sorry you are still having probs. Hopefully they contact u tommorow - maybe this happening over the weekend too is another factor in them taking some time in getting back to you. Actually, you should just try calling them tommorow!

I have no idea why your cart isn't working, that just sucks. I hope it gets figured out!

I bet that breed is very expensive. I'm not sure if I'd want one (they look naked!). The kitten in your avi looks kinda cute though. It would be great in solving the cat-fur-everywhere problem. I've had a cat or a pair throughout most of my life. I don't right now and I really miss having one. I'll probably get one when I get everything unpacked from moving recently. I've heard the skin on the hairless breeds is so soft, but I think I'd still want one with some fur (preferably one with short hair that is not a fur factory).

I did finally get an auto-response today, after submitting 3 tickets. I just tried again to put the order through and still got the same error about not being able to ship to my address. I don't have long distance on my landline and I haven't seen my cell phone for 3 days. It's gotta be in my apartment somewhere. It may have fallen down inside my recliner. I feel so discombobulated! I asked them to call me in the last ticket I submitted, so maybe they will. Thanks, Loveridden, for your empathy.

Yay! Finally got my order to go through. Seems like there was a problem with the acrylic drip tip listing and they are working on a fix. I just removed it from my order and it finally went through like it normally does. MadVapes figured it out and told me to place the order after removing this one little item. It worked - and they are sending me the drip tip for free along with all the other stuff I ordered! Thank you MadVapes!
