I just tried, and got there with no problems (Tapatalk 2/Android). I went to Forums at the top, then scrolled down to Community, then to Social Group Forums, The Miscellaneous Groups, then scrolled down to Pay It Forward - PIF.
You could also subscribe to that sub-forum, and then it will be listed under your favorites, then Forums (as opposed to Topics).
