Yeah, that was the first thing I did. Tried it on 2 diff computers, mac and linux and same behavior

Same thing is happening to me. Possibly a corrupted db as it works killjoy1, and the forum isn't exploding with a rash of unable to login comments.
I also created a new login. and was able to create just fine, but the billing had someone elses info.. It'll be fixed at some point I'm sure.

All is fixed now. Just an internal database issue that is resolved.

i sent 3 tickets in past week but nobody try to help... in my country ecigs and parts is prohibited... i need to track my packages carefully for our custom problems but i cant get any information about my order....

i would never buy anything at cov anymore...

I finally got an order in by just creating a new account with a different email address. Not the best solution, but it worked.

Very frustrating, so much so that I was at COV to buy an AGA-T about 10 minutes ago and had to go to a competitor to buy it because I couldn't log in....you guys better fix it soon, you're losing customers.
